Instructions for use:

1.   *****DO NOT USE THIS LEGEND FOR IU2 SOFTWARE *****
     *****THAT IS SUBJECT TO U.S. EXPORT CONTROLS *****
     
     See the files EXPORT1, EXPORT2, EXPORT3 for a brief
     summary of some important points of U.S. export control
     law that govern exports of "technical data" including
     software.

2.   Modify the names, titles, etc., in the legend below as
     appropriate.

               See the "Copyright Legend Legal Requirements" file
               in this directory (LEGEND.COP) for information
               about copyright ownership and dates.  

               The CITI registration number in the second
               paragraph of the legend is supplied by CITI.


3.   Include the legend below in:

          (a)  any documentation distributed with the software
               (either disk-based or hard-copy);

          (b)  some kind of on-screen display (e.g., at boot-up
               time or in a status-line); and

          (b)  comment fields in source code.
