Title: Runtime Oriented HPF Compilation

Abstract:
This report is an overhaul of lecture notes for a graduate course, Data 
Parallel Compilation Systems, offered in Syracuse University, fall 1996. 
While an advanced technique for communication detection in compile-time 
is discussed in detail, extensive use of run-time library as a general 
guidance for system construction is emphasized. A memory model for 
distributed array and it's descriptor as a key parameter to the run-time 
functions are introduced.
